Mexico vs. Haiti odds, prediction, line, start time: 2023 Gold Cup picks, June 29 bets from top soccer expert

In a Group B matchup of the 2023 Concacaf Gold Cup, Mexico will attempt to secure their third consecutive clean sheet when they face Haiti on Thursday.

Mexico comes into the game after a 1-0 victory against Panama in the third-place match of the 2022-23 Concacaf Nations League and a dominant 4-0 win over Honduras in their Gold Cup opener.

Haiti, on the other hand, converted in six consecutive matches across various competitions, including a 2-1 win against Qatar in their first Gold Cup contest.

The game will kick off at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona at 10 p.m. ET. According to the odds from Caesars Sportsbook, Mexico is the favorite at -330 (risk $330 to win $100), while Haiti is the underdog at +850.

A draw is priced at +390, and the over/under for total goals scored is set at 2.5.

SportsLine soccer expert Martin Green, who has been profitable in multiple areas of soccer picks, including the Concacaf Gold Cup, has analyzed the Mexico vs. Haiti matchup from every angle and provided his picks and predictions.

Mexico enters the game as a strong contender, having lost only one of their nine matches across all competitions since the 2022 World Cup. They have recorded five victories and three draws during this period, with four clean sheets.

Mexico's offense has been productive, scoring 16 goals from 12 different players. Midfielders Luis Romo, Orbelin Pineda, and Luis Chavez have each contributed two goals in the past nine games, with all three finding the net in the victory over Honduras.

Haiti, meanwhile, has been on an unbeaten streak since March 27, with six wins and a draw in their last seven matches. They have outscored their opponents 24-6 during this period, including three games with at least four goals scored and three clean sheets.

Striker Carnejy Antoine has been particularly prolific, netting five goals in the team's last six matches. Forwards Mondy Prunier and Frantzdy Pierrot, as well as winger Derrick Etienne Jr., have also made significant contributions to Haiti's attack.

Ultimately, the game promises an exciting clash between Mexico's strong defensive record and Haiti's potent attacking prowess.
