The logic is given below;

In 6*5 = 111 ->
(6 + 5)(6 – 5) = 111

In 9*4 = 135 ->
(9 + 4)(9 – 4) = 135

In 8*3 = (8 + 3)(8 – 3) = 115

Hence, Option (4) is correct.
